A.R.D. Industries is capable of offering its customers a "turnkey" product, particularly important with the ever increasing pressures on the supply chain. We provide friction weld development and design, the purchasing of all material, saw cutting, machining, friction welding, and any post weld heat treatments & machining as required. This allows our customers to make A.R.D. Industries their supplier of choice.

Our comprehensive facility includes nine (9) Friction Welders, CNC Lathes, Machining Centers, Multi-Station Lean Automation, conventional Turning, Milling, Drilling and post weld Induction Stress Relieving. All served by our fully equipped toolroom and maintenance department.

Diversification

Friction Welding

We have nine (9) Friction welders capable of welding up to 10 inches in diameter. We offer a wide range of sub contract services, a rapid response and we have the technical knowledge that allows us to advise on existing designs or redesign to allow for friction welding.

Production Cutting

We are capable of cutting round bars, tubes, flat bar and extruded shapes. Our facility contains two fully automatic bandsaws from Kasto and Hyd-Mech. We are currently supplying our customers with their low to high volume cutting requirements. We are able of cut up to 25 ft lengths of material with all raw material stored inside our facility.

Heat Treatments

Post welding heat treatment services are available as per customer requirements. We may be able to provide carburizing, complete stress relieve, anneal, and tempering services.

Turning and Milling

We have several CNC machining/turning centers available depending on size and production requirements. A lot of our production machinery is arranged into cells, optimizing our labour costs and guaranteeing a competitive price to our customers.
